When Laflin and Wolfington Real Estate of Farmingdale, Maine launched the promotion of the new Auburn Ridge subdivision in 2021, they engaged Helix to conceptualize content outside of traditional real estate marketing messaging. We scripted and produced a branded video focused on lifestyle, the ease of special financing and construction, and their Your Home Sold Guaranteed program, to leverage on YouTube in order to create and educate new audiences.
