Wishing to enhance the listing and hasten a sale of their waterfront home in Boothbay Harbor, Maine, a client approached Helix to produce video to drive traffic to the Realtor. By designing a brand identity and logo, a narrative focused on lifestyle and the surrounding area, a custom landing page and employing search engine marketing, we were able to create mystique, audiences and leads that would not have existed through traditional methods.
